Vision
It has forever been an urge for me to dive into the creative industry, regardless of the specifics. Podcasts quickly became an entertainment and education source for myself, coincidentally during a time when podcasts were becoming immensely popular amongst South Africans, and the continuous growth of the content creation world. Podcasts are the future of media, education, and entertainment, it’s one of the few mediums that included uncensored content, and with great variety.

We are a creative hub for content creators, entrepreneurs and industry pundits who have knowledge, information and opinions to share. Our product offering is unique as we are the first fully furnished podcast studio house in South Africa, that also offers recording and filming equipment. There is no limit to any customer’s creativity, and we are here to support every person that walks into our doors.
Born from the Need to
Create
Born in the tarnish of the film and music industry in a post-covid South Africa, District Studio’s emerged. District Studios experienced the growing trend in the podcast industry, especially amongst South Africans, and as Cape Town is home to majority of the country’s content creators and media force it was the perfect time to open a creative hub. Sadly the media industry in Cape Town has taken a decline, but we are making it our mission to reignite the fire of this city that created its vibrance.
Our
Mission
District Studio’s has made podcast production highly affordable within a seamless process, and complimented our product offering with co-working spaces. Our studio space also includes photography studios and private meeting spaces. This creative hub has taken inspiration from a multitude of carefully curated design spaces, production houses and innovative work spaces, in order to produce Cape Town’s first creative working hub.
My mission is to reignite Cape Town’s creative flame and give every creator the space to dream, record, and thrive.
